This 230 sqm newly built apartment (2025) was delivered in a standard, uninspired condition with no architectural character. We redefined the entire interior by replacing all original materials and redesigning the kitchen with a bold, customized layout. Through the use of luxurious finishes, refined detailing, and curated furniture, the project gained both elegance and individuality.
