This 250 sqm unit, built in 2012, was originally used as the building’s gym. We transformed it into a modern residential space, tailored to the client’s request for clear functional separation within an open floor plan. Through thoughtful ceiling and wall detailing combined with strategic furniture placement, we created distinct yet connected zones for a bar, dining area, living room, TV lounge, and even a cozy corner for chess and reading. The result is a fully updated home that balances openness with definition and comfort.
